An absolute dream Airbnb 😍 luxury & private, and has stairs directly from the door to the most beautiful beach!
There’s really no where else in Bali like this place. The ocean and sunset views are truly special

The approach is unhurried, as most things are along this stretch of Bali's Bukit Peninsula. Past the warungs and surf shops, past the narrow lanes that wind toward the limestone cliffs, CASA-here emerges as a two-bedroom beach house set directly on the ocean at Bingin. This is not a sprawling resort or a polished compound. It is something more intimate: a residence built to frame the Indian Ocean from nearly every angle, designed with the kind of open-air architecture that feels native to the coastline it occupies.
The house belongs to Casa Tiba, a collection of thoughtfully designed properties along Bali's southern coast. Here, the layout prioritizes proximity to the water above all else. Two bedrooms anchor the home, each oriented to catch the sea breeze and the sound of waves breaking below. Living spaces open directly to the elements, blurring the threshold between indoors and out. The furnishings lean toward natural materials and relaxed coastal simplicity, with enough warmth and texture to feel considered rather than minimal. You wake to the ocean. You fall asleep to it. The rhythm of the tides becomes the only schedule that matters.
Bingin Beach itself is one of the Bukit's most compelling stretches of sand, a crescent tucked beneath dramatic limestone cliffs that draws surfers and sun-seekers in near-equal measure. The break here is well-regarded, and mornings often begin with the sight of boards paddling out beyond the reef. Cafés and small restaurants line the cliff path down to the beach, offering fresh juices, Indonesian dishes, and the kind of unfussy seaside dining that suits the setting. The broader Bukit Peninsula holds its own rewards as well, from the clifftop temples and hidden coves to the beach clubs and raw coastal landscapes that have made this corner of Bali increasingly sought after.
What stays with you about CASA-here is the scale. Two bedrooms. One ocean. No lobby, no concierge desk, no curated programming. Just a house on the cliff's edge where the water is the main event and the days take whatever shape you give them. It is the kind of place where a week feels both impossibly short and deeply restoring, where the simplicity of the arrangement is precisely the point.

There's a particular kind of stillness that comes from being perched right at the edge of the Indian Ocean with nothing between you and the horizon — Casa Tiba leans into that feeling completely. The open-concept design doesn't fight for attention; it simply gets out of the way, letting sea breezes and natural light do the real decorating. It's a two-bedroom place that feels curated rather than decorated, the kind of space where a record player and a shelf of books say more about the sensibility than any grand gesture could. The rooftop infinity pool faces an unbroken ocean view, which gives the whole property a sense of elevation — literal and otherwise. It suits the sort of traveler who wants Bingin's surf and sand within reach but prefers to come home to something quieter, more considered. What lingers is the feeling that someone actually thought about how you'd want to live here, not just stay.

What a special villa 🤩 the most beautiful and inspiring space, with unbeatable ocean views. The villa was modern and clean, with amazing design.
The ground floor is peaceful and filled with the most amazing library. With a private bedroom/bathroom space also.
The first floor has a complete kitchen, working space, and possibly the best view in Bali.
The rooftop is a dreamy bedroom space with panoramic views + plunge pool. Our sunset bbq was life changing!
The team at Casa Tiba were so helpful and made my stay a dream. I’m leaving the villa feeling inspired and rejuvenated
I can’t wait to return

Perched on the cliff access walk from carpark, then beach access down stone stairs quite a descent and don’t forget the ascent after. Walk Along the beach to cafes and restaurants on the beach at night. BBQ fresh fish was simple but a treat.
The views from the apartment look out over roof tops to the continuous wave breaks enjoyed by board riders.
Air conditioning struggles in The afternoon heat but recovers when sun goes down.
