Super location. Great service on a few minor issues. Would definitley rent from them again.

The approach to 1135 Aerie #200 begins with elevation. You climb toward a residence that sits above the ordinary, a contemporary retreat positioned to take full advantage of its mountain surroundings. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the landscape with an almost cinematic generosity, drawing the outside in and making the views as much a part of the interior as the furnishings themselves. The space is modern and clean-lined, designed with an open layout that lets light move freely through living areas, kitchen, and bedrooms alike. There is nothing fussy here. The architecture favors simplicity, allowing the setting to do the heavier work of creating atmosphere.
The balcony extends the living space outward, offering a private vantage point where mornings feel unhurried and evenings settle in slowly. A hot tub sits ready on the deck, positioned so you can soak while watching the sky shift through its full range of color. Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped for guests who prefer to cook at their own pace, and the living area is arranged for genuine comfort rather than mere presentation. Bedding is plush without being overdone, bathrooms are thoughtfully finished, and the overall sense is one of a home that has been carefully considered rather than simply decorated. Every detail serves the experience of being here rather than performing the idea of luxury.
What distinguishes 1135 Aerie #200 is its relationship to the landscape. This is not a property that competes with its surroundings. Instead, it steps back just enough to let the geography lead. Whether you spend your days exploring nearby trails, venturing into town for a meal, or simply moving between the balcony and the living room with a book in hand, the rhythm of the stay adjusts to yours. The residence is suited equally to couples seeking stillness and to small groups looking for a shared base from which to explore.
You leave with the particular satisfaction of a place that never tried to be more than what it was. The open sky, the warmth of the water against cool mountain air, the quiet of a well-designed space with nothing unnecessary. 1135 Aerie #200 is the kind of retreat that earns its name, perched just high enough to make the world below feel like something you chose to set aside, even if only for a few days.

There's a particular kind of quiet that comes with being just far enough from town — close enough to Bend's energy but tucked into the foothills where the Cascades fill your sightline. This property leans into that tension well. The open-concept layout feels genuinely social without being cavernous, the kind of space where a long dinner at the table drifts naturally into the living room without anyone feeling they've left the conversation. It's designed for people who actually cook together on vacation, not just reheat. And the hot tub at the end of a full day — mountain air, dark sky — that's the detail that lingers after you leave.

Great stay, highly recommend if you don't want to stay in the center of Bend! There are some restaurants and markets in the area that limit the need for a car the whole time you're there.

The property is beautiful. However electrical issues persisted throughout our stay. The EV charger wiring trips the breaker shutting down power of the unit (even without the EV plugged in). The wiring setup is messy leading to outages which even the technician cannot resolve cos ufcourse it’s an internal fault / shortage.
