What we love about this stay
Time your arrival for late afternoon — the balcony faces the Cascades, and the light between five and six turns the whole range amber. It's the single best moment here, and it sets the tone for everything. Stock up at the Bend butcher counter at Newport Avenue Market before you settle in; the kitchen is genuinely well-equipped, not just decorative, and a proper dinner cooked here with the sliding doors open beats most restaurants in town. Claim the primary bedroom early — the bedding runs noticeably better than the other two rooms. Skip driving downtown for nightlife and instead end in the hot tub after dark. The mountain silhouette against a cold sky, wine in hand, no sounds — that's the whole point of this place.

Super location. Great service on a few minor issues. Would definitley rent from them again.

Great stay, highly recommend if you don't want to stay in the center of Bend! There are some restaurants and markets in the area that limit the need for a car the whole time you're there.

The property is beautiful. However electrical issues persisted throughout our stay. The EV charger wiring trips the breaker shutting down power of the unit (even without the EV plugged in). The wiring setup is messy leading to outages which even the technician cannot resolve cos ufcourse it’s an internal fault / shortage.
