Great host, easy instructions and very clean and modern rental. Great amenities and very proactive communications. Very walkable to King St as described. One of the best Airbnb experiences we've had. Highly recommend - they do it right!
Stay Duvet
Red Robin - A sits on a quiet residential block in downtown Charleston, just three blocks from King Street, the city's most celebrated stretch of independent boutiques, galleries, restaurants, and evening energy. The property is a traditional Charleston residence, the kind of compact, character-rich home that makes this city's historic neighborhoods so distinctive. You arrive not to a lobby or a concierge desk but to something more personal: a front door, a sense of neighborhood, and the immediate understanding that your time here will unfold at your own pace.
Inside, the home is configured for comfort and ease. The layout offers a well-appointed living area, a functional kitchen for preparing meals or morning coffee, and a bedroom designed for rest. The space carries the warmth of a private residence rather than the anonymity of a hotel room. Details are simple and well-considered. You have the tools to settle in fully, whether that means cooking with ingredients picked up from a local market, spreading out across the living space with a book, or using the home as a launchpad for days spent exploring Charleston's historic district on foot. The kitchen, in particular, gives you a rare degree of independence, allowing you to engage with the city's extraordinary food culture on your own terms.
Location is the defining advantage here. Three blocks separate you from King Street, where Charleston's cultural and culinary life concentrates most vividly. Morning walks lead to coffee shops and bakeries. Afternoons open into gallery strolls and shopping. Evenings bring some of the South's most acclaimed dining within a short walk of your front door. The property's position within the residential fabric of downtown means you experience Charleston not as a visitor observing from outside but as someone briefly woven into its daily rhythm.
Red Robin - A is not a place of grand gestures or elaborate amenities. It is a well-located, thoughtfully maintained Charleston residence that gives you proximity to everything the city offers while preserving the privacy and quietude of having your own space. You lock the door behind you at the end of the evening, and the city hums just beyond the windows, close enough to reach but distant enough to let you rest.

What strikes you here isn't grandeur—it's the quiet confidence of a place that understands Charleston without performing it. The high ceilings and sun-filled rooms carry the proportions of the city's historic architecture, but the furnishings are clean and contemporary, never costumey. It feels like someone with genuine taste lives here and simply left you the keys. The kitchen, with its marble countertops and serious appliances, suggests meals worth lingering over, and the proximity to King Street—just three blocks—means you're woven into the city's rhythm without being swallowed by it. It's the kind of stay that suits people who want Charleston on their own terms, unhurried and unpackaged.

Wonderful place to stay on your visit to Charleston! My only warning is that if you need complete darkness to sleep this place is not the one for you. Two street lights shine directly on the windows at night making it slightly difficult to fall asleep. Feels like the lights are on even with the blinds closed. Other than that AMAZING stay!

The home was beautiful. It was walkable to King Street which had great shopping and restaurants. The host was very informative. I never had any questions because the information was given in a clear and timely manner. It was a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay here again!!!

This home was beautiful and the area surrounding it was more beautiful. Sits right in the middle of town. There are two other apartments attached to this property however other than being outside you do not see your neighbors. Kitchen had just about everything. Parking is a little on the downsize, luckily for us our neighbors did not drive so we were able to park in the driveway off the street which is a 2 hour parking limit. Walking distances from multiple restaurants and a local club. Didn’t do the club but it had a lot of people out there. Also 15-20 minutes from the beach which was great for us. The staff was great very responsive and was able to give us an early check in. We had a couple things like the microwave and bar stool being broken however the came the next day and fixed it. Will be staying at a StayDuvet place again in the future. Thank you for making our stay that much more enjoyable!
