Tilah Stays occupies a clean-lined contemporary residence in Bali, positioned just ten minutes from the beach. The property channels the kind of modern tropical architecture that feels considered without being cold: open, airy spaces designed around natural light and the easy indoor-outdoor rhythm that defines island living at its most comfortable. This is not a resort or a boutique hotel. It is a private home, offered whole, where the pace is entirely yours to set.
The residence is designed for small groups or families seeking space and autonomy over programming and service. Interiors are furnished with a minimalist sensibility, favoring natural materials and a muted palette that lets the surrounding greenery do the talking. The layout provides room to spread out, with living areas that open freely to the outdoors and bedrooms arranged for privacy. It is the kind of place where mornings start slowly, where you make coffee in your own kitchen and decide whether the day calls for the beach, a scooter ride to a nearby village, or simply staying put.
The proximity to the coast anchors the rhythm of a stay here. Ten minutes separates the property from sand and surf, close enough to feel connected to Bali's shoreline culture but set back far enough to enjoy the quiet of a residential setting. The surrounding area offers the island's characteristic mix of local warungs, surf breaks, and lush tropical landscape, all within easy reach by motorbike or car. Bali rewards those willing to explore on their own terms, and a property like this, private and unburdened by a fixed itinerary, makes that kind of spontaneous discovery feel natural.
What Tilah Stays offers is something increasingly rare in Bali's crowded hospitality landscape: simplicity with intention. No concierge desk, no curated welcome ritual, no poolside cocktail menu. Just a well-designed home in a good location, priced for longer stays, where the experience is shaped entirely by the guests who fill it. Weekly discounts encourage settling in rather than passing through, and that unhurried duration changes the texture of a trip. You stop sightseeing and start living somewhere, even if only for a week. That shift, from visitor to temporary resident, is the quiet luxury a place like this actually delivers.

There's something quietly appealing about a place that doesn't try to be everything—just exactly enough. This Fort Lauderdale studio has been designed with real intention: an open, light-filled space where modern lines meet warmth, where the king bed and cozy seating area feel less like a hotel room and more like a thoughtful friend's well-curated apartment. It's sized for one or two, which gives it an intimacy that larger properties can't replicate. The private patio, surrounded by palms and greenery, shifts the whole rhythm of your stay—meals feel unhurried, evenings feel personal. Situated close to Las Olas Boulevard and the beach but tucked just far enough away, it strikes that rare balance between access and retreat.

Nice comfy spot. I was able to walk to IHOP Walgreens and Publix. I wanted to burn off some of those vacation calories. <br/>Host was great. He called me the night before checkout to see if my flight was canceled due to Hurricane informing me he had availability if I needed to stay. Great customer service 👏 that made me definitely want to come back.

The airbnb was amazing! In the area it was very quiet and peaceful. You’d see a lot of people around the area walking their dogs.

Well furnished accommodation. Everything a traveler would need (except toothbrush) is there. Wi-Fi was problematic. Could not watch anything on the TV. Still a 5-star review based on everything else.
