What we love about this stay
Ask for a room with Portuguese-inspired tilework—they're the ones with the most character, and each has original art that actually rewards a second look. Walk to Brant Point Lighthouse before 7 a.m.; the light is completely different from the postcard version, warmer and more liquid, and you'll likely have it to yourself. Evenings belong to the lounge—grab a window seat as the sun drops and let the golden hour do its thing with a glass of something cold. The Le Labo products in the bathroom aren't an afterthought; take an unhurried shower after a salt-air day and you'll understand. This place rewards people who slow down enough to notice the details.

Perfect, charming stay We had an incredible stay at the Blue Iris! First, the location COULD not be better and absolutely made the trip. We also had trouble finding a room that would be comfortable for 3 people and this one was amazing, it had 2 comfortable beds AND two bathrooms. We really enjoyed the extra touches such as happy hour and breakfast, and access to the bikes. Definitely recommend! My only critical feedback: the staff was very kind but not able to answer some of our questions, and it would go a long way to have some light bites such as nuts or chips included in the happy hour as well.
