My goal was to just purchase a bouquet flowers for a thank you . Usually you just pick the flowers and they but them together. NO. This place makes art out of the flowers you pick. I gave them my budget and they assisted me. The most gorgeous display I have every purchased. When I presented these flowers to thank someone, she screamed because they were so beautiful. I wish I had taken a picture just to show you. The colors were rich and the paper beautiful wrapped around the flowers. My favorite was the Pink Floyd Roses. This is not a flower shop. These are artists and connoisseurs of flowers.

New York City Pass is an excellent buy! This was a real value for us travelling to NY for the first time. It allowed us many options for travel and sight-seeing that we may not have done had we not bought the Pass. We used the Pass to do many more activites than we had expected or planned to do. This was a real money and time saver, time saver because you could skip the lineups for tickets! I would recommend this Pass to tourists, it is easy to use and very well received by the companies, tourist sites and vendors of the Pass.

Sesame St. grown up and raunchy! Not for children! This show was on Broadway for about 6 years, won some Tony's and now is off-Broadway, but close - 50th St. between 8th and 9th Aves. Great cast, lots of enthusiasm, singing, joy. Notice to squeamish - sex and a few 4 letter words. Good natured fun. There are 2 adult cast members and the rest are adults holding puppets and speaking for them. It takes a few minutes to get used to, and I really don't know why it's done like this, but it works, so who cares? You can get off price tickets not at TKTS but nearby - they sell you a voucher which you take to the theater and get tickets. We saved about 40%. If you want to have fun, go there. I took off one star because the escalator wasn't working and I didn't like going down 3 flights of stairs before the show and the same to get out of the theater. I believe there is an elevator, but I didn't see it.

The apartment was wonderfully located in the centre of the Theatre District. It could not have been a better location. It suggests that it sleeps 6.....possibly, but there were just 2 of us and we found we needed the second bedroom to hang clothes as there was no closet or drawers in one bdrm. and no space to leave suitcases etc. I certainly would not share the space with 2 other couples but perhaps it would be okay if it was a family with young children. The bathroom was extremely outdated & Jonah could spring for a new shower head! No power whatsoever, it was painful. Having read the previous reviews, we were amazed that no one commented on the dirt of the apartment, it was quite filthy which was very disappointing & while we used the fridge to put some snacks in, I had no wish to cook anything using any of the equipment. There is also a cockroach problem that needs to be taken care of. The front door did not close without banging it & I felt bad for the surrounding neighbours, but perhaps it has been fixed by now? Overall, we loved New York & the positives far outweigh the negatives. We basically used the apartment just to sleep & in retrospect, a clean fresh hotel room with daily service would not have cost much more in the same area. Make sure you confirm the exact price before you confirm as I made the mistake of not doing so & it turned out that there was a variable rate for weekend nights, pushing up the cost. There is also no accommodation for early check-in or late check out & no personal touch or concern from the owner to check if everything was okay. Basically once the money was paid, we were on our own! I would certainly recommend paying the full amount through Flipkey...we opted for the cash payment upon arrival & would not go that route again as I feel there may have been more accountability on Jonah's behalf to use the cleaning fee to make sure the apartment was properly cleaned.
