If you're visiting Coors, go early on a weekday to avoid the tour bus crush, then walk back along the creek path rather than driving — it's a ten-minute stroll that most guests miss entirely. This hotel is hard to beat, feels like a privately owned hotel, staff are incredibly attentive and an easy walk to everywhere in Golden. My room was very nice and have stayed here three times now when traveling for work. They don't make you pay up front or pay too much to pay on your stay like the other one. For business travelers this is the better option for this alone. Parking is self park and easy but is limited. It's not expensive. Restaurant/bar on site is very good.

Great location in the heart of town. We stayed 1 night on the way up to the mountains and 1 night on the way back to the airport. The rooms we had were very spacious and clean. On our way back we checked out the restaurant and were very impressed with the food, and the happy hour prices enticed us to try more than we could eat. I would recommend this hotel and will definitely return next time we are in the area!

I honestly can't stop talking about this place. I picked it based on the reviews and not wanting to stay directly in Denver. Golden is just west of Denver and the hotel was so charming, very clean and the staff were all so very nice. We got a 2 queen bed room and we were so impressed with the size of the room. It had a very generous living room area in addition to the 2 queen beds. We dined at the hotel restaurant for dinner and breakfast and lord do I wish we lived close! Their green chili fries were amazing! We had as an appetizer and my husband and I devoured them. I don't remember what we ordered for dinner, only that it was also good and we were still talking about the fries so much to hardly remember dinner. Breakfast I ate so fast and forgot to take a picture until towards the end. We each got the breakfast burrito and it had that heavenly green chili in it again and it was so good. Their cubed breakfast potatoes were on point perfectly seasoned and slightly crispy on outside. Our son got the pancakes and I didn't know pancakes could be so good. It was like a pancakes and a churro had a heavenly baby. We will definitely go and stay and also eat there again!

Our stay was PERFECT! My boyfriend and I spent our early Christmas at the Golden Hotel and it was such a magical experience! The Bridgewater grill, located on site, was delicious, and our server, Lucas, was incredibly friendly and attentive! You gotta order their breakfast burrito!!! The room was so clean and comfortable and the staff were very welcoming! We can’t wait to go back!

I’ve lived in Golden for years, and only recently stayed here. Let me start off with the important topic: Rosa’s pork green chili. The BEST you’ll have. Don’t believe me? You will once you try it! Tim the exceptional GM, Katie the amazing manager, and Lucas were all welcoming and very hospitable. We won’t hesitate to come back!
