There is a particular stillness that belongs to the Yacht Club at The Boca Raton, one that separates it from the broader energy of the legendary resort it calls home. Rising along the Intracoastal Waterway, this adults-only tower occupies its own atmosphere within the sprawling 200-acre property, offering a more intimate, unhurried register of luxury. Arriving here feels like stepping into a world calibrated for a certain kind of guest: one who values privacy, waterfront proximity, and the freedom that comes with a resort of extraordinary scale distilled into something personal.
Accommodations at the Yacht Club are designed around the water. Rooms and suites frame views of the Intracoastal and the marina, with interiors that carry a polished coastal sensibility. The dedicated Yacht Club pool provides a quieter alternative to the resort's other aquatic offerings, reserved exclusively for guests of this tower. It is the kind of space where mornings stretch long and unhurried, where a lounge chair and a cocktail can account for the better part of an afternoon. For wellness, The Spa at The Boca Raton is among the most expansive in the Southeast, with treatment rooms, a fitness center, and programming that spans everything from facials to hydrotherapy. The Beach Club, located on the oceanfront across the Intracoastal, is accessible via a short shuttle and offers a different texture entirely: open sky, Atlantic breeze, and a stretch of sand that belongs to resort guests alone.
Dining across The Boca Raton is a destination unto itself. Yacht Club guests have access to the resort's full collection of restaurants and bars, which spans nearly a dozen concepts. Sadelle's brings its celebrated brunch and all-day dining to the property, while Principessa offers Italian fare in an elegant waterfront setting. The Flamingo Grill serves as a classic American steakhouse, and Mizner's at the Tower Bar anchors the social scene with craft cocktails in a setting steeped in the resort's storied past. More casual moments find their home at Harborside Pool Bar & Grill and the resort's various poolside and beachside outlets. The breadth of the culinary program means that a week-long stay can feel genuinely varied, with no meal repeating itself in tone or setting.
The Boca Raton itself is a landmark property with roots stretching back nearly a century, originally envisioned by architect Addison Mizner in the 1920s. That heritage is visible in the Mediterranean Revival architecture that defines much of the grounds, from the coral-pink facades of the Cloister to the arched loggias and palm-lined promenades. The resort sits within easy reach of downtown Boca Raton's shops, galleries, and cultural institutions, while the South Florida coastline extends in both directions for those inclined to explore beyond the property's considerable boundaries.
What the Yacht Club offers is a way into all of this without the volume. It is the adults-only key to a resort that can feel, at its fullest, like a small city. The pace here belongs to you. The marina glints below your window. The rest of The Boca Raton unfolds whenever you choose to meet it.

What we love about this stay
There's a particular calm that settles over you when the setting is more marina than resort—the soft clink of rigging, teak underfoot, water everywhere you look. The Yacht Club at The Boca Raton leans fully into that nautical identity without tipping into theme, letting maritime blues and sandy tones shape interiors that feel genuinely considered rather than decorated. The adults-only policy isn't just a policy here; it recalibrates the entire atmosphere toward a quieter, more deliberate kind of indulgence. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the Atlantic in a way that makes your suite feel like an extension of the water itself. What lingers is the sense that this place exists slightly apart—connected to Boca Raton's energy but removed enough to feel like its own world, one where the ocean breeze does most of the work.

Beautiful property and exceptional service from all the staff. Th only thing we didn't like was the 20 to 25 minutes wait for breakfast, we wish they had a bigger area with more seating for breakfast, but it was well worth the wait. We're planning to return in the near future.

There was an issue or two during check-in, but the manager Pier handled them quickly and graciously.
