This was our second hot tub so we already had some knowledge. We visited 5 different suppliers but Serenity Home Leisure was, by far, the best. Shannon was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was never pushy and had detailed answers to all of our many questions. Our installation required that our old hot tub be raised and removed from the middle of a deck. In addition, some modifications to our electrical were required. Shannon helped us plan and minimize these costs. The installation team understood our requirements and did a great job.
