There is nothing I would change about this house. My family had a great stay. Everything was high quality, including beds, sheets, pillows. Communication was also the best. Highly recommend
Stay Duvet
There is something disarming about a home that announces itself through color. The Pink House does exactly that, its exterior a warm, unapologetic blush that sets the tone before you ever step inside. This is a residence with personality, a place where design choices feel deliberate and the atmosphere carries a lightness that lingers well after you settle in.
Inside, the Pink House unfolds as a thoughtfully composed living space where comfort and character share equal footing. The interiors balance playful touches with livable warmth, creating rooms that feel genuinely inviting rather than staged. Common areas open generously, offering the kind of space that encourages slow mornings and unhurried conversation. The kitchen is equipped for guests who want to cook and gather, and the layout naturally draws people together without feeling constrained. Bedrooms are designed with rest in mind, styled with care and furnished to feel like more than just a place to sleep. Natural light moves through the home with ease, amplifying the sense of openness that defines the experience.
The outdoor spaces extend the residence's welcoming spirit. Whether you are spending time on the patio or simply enjoying the fresh air from an open window, the transition between indoors and out feels seamless. The property rewards those who settle into its rhythm rather than rushing through it. Days here tend to unfold without agenda, shaped by the kind of ease that only a well-designed home can offer.
The Pink House is not trying to be everything. It is a residence that knows exactly what it is: a bold, spirited retreat with genuine warmth and a clear point of view. It is the kind of place that stays with you not because of grandeur, but because of how naturally it made you feel at home.

There's something quietly confident about a house that's stood since 1899 and still feels like it belongs to right now. Pink Palm doesn't perform its history — it wears it lightly, with pastel tones and natural light that make the rooms feel both grounded and airy. Set on Percy Street in Cannonborough, it has the energy of a neighborhood that locals actually live in, not one preserved behind glass. Two blocks from King Street's galleries and restaurants, you're close to everything without being swallowed by it. The private outdoor space is the kind of detail that changes a stay — a pocket of green in a city that rewards slowing down. It's a home scaled for groups or families who want Charleston on their own terms, not a hotel's.

My family loved our stay at Pink Palm! The house was gorgeous and charming with everything we needed. The location was perfect and easily walkable to most areas within the city. We loved walking to dinner each night. The only minor issue was that the kitchen sink was only working at a very slow rate, which was frustrating but we made it work. I reached out to StayDuvet about it after we also had an issue with the water for the dishwasher. They responded right away and had someone come out that day who was able to get the dishwasher functioning. They were going to replace the sink faucet so I doubt this will be an issue going forward. I'd highly recommend staying here when visiting Charleston!

Perfect stay! The house is even cuter than the photos, and the area is super accessible to King St and the great things Charleston has to offer. The bedrooms are super nice, and the porch is awesome!
