Customer service was outstanding. Friendly, helpful and engaging. Loved the common areas. Great sense of style, but also comfortable and offered a mix of seating for singles, couples and groups. Room was very comfortable and housekeeping was exceptional. We forgot a few things in a drawer and they secured for us right away. Location was also terrific, with a variety of dining options right outside the door. Loved having Death and Co as the bar.

Loved the location which was in a walkable shopping and restaurant area. The room was great - super comfortable bed, quiet room, excellent bathroom / shower. Even though the lobby was very busy and loud, we didn’t hear anything.
