Such a lovely spot! The hot tub was amazing and you’re in a beautiful area of bend. Close enough to walk to a market and restaurants, and super easy to drive around. Would love to go back again!

The approach sets the tone. You arrive at elevation, where the air thins and the landscape opens into something expansive and unhurried. 1123 Aerie #300 is a mountain residence that earns its name, positioned with sweeping views that frame ridgelines and valleys from nearly every vantage point. The architecture is clean and contemporary, designed to bring the outdoors in through generous windows that flood the space with natural light and the kind of panoramic scenery that shifts with the hour, from golden morning alpenglow to the deep blue stillness of dusk.
Inside, the residence is thoughtfully appointed for both comfort and gathering. The open living area anchors the home, with a modern kitchen that invites long, unhurried meals prepared at your own pace. The space is designed for ease, moving naturally from cooking to conversation to quiet moments by the windows. Furnishings are warm and understated, favoring textures and tones that complement the mountain setting rather than compete with it. Bedrooms are restful and well-considered, offering the kind of stillness that altitude and distance from the everyday tend to provide.
The defining feature may be the private hot tub, set with direct mountain views that make evening soaks feel less like an amenity and more like a ritual. There is something particular about settling into warm water as the peaks darken and the sky opens overhead. It is the kind of experience that recalibrates your sense of time, where an hour passes without notice and the only agenda is the one you set for yourself. The outdoor space extends the living area into the landscape, offering a place to linger with morning coffee or watch weather move across the range.
What stays with you after a few days at 1123 Aerie #300 is the rhythm the space encourages. Mornings are slow, shaped by the light coming through the glass. Afternoons might pull you out into the surrounding terrain for hiking, exploring nearby trails, or simply sitting with the quiet. Evenings return you to the hot tub, to a home-cooked meal, to the particular pleasure of a residence that feels both remote and deeply comfortable. It is a place where the mountain does most of the work, and the home simply makes sure you are positioned to notice.

There's a quietness to how this place is put together — open-concept spaces that feel considered rather than showy, with the Cascades sitting right there beyond your balcony like a permanent backdrop you never quite get used to. It's the kind of property that works beautifully for a group, where cooking together in a properly equipped kitchen and sprawling across plush living areas feels natural, not forced. The hot tubs deserve their reputation here; soaking with mountain air on your skin after a day spent exploring Bend's trails or downtown shops is the sort of simple pleasure that sticks with you. It's ten minutes from town but feels genuinely removed — a balance that's harder to find than it sounds.

This is a great stay located close to tons of outdoor activities. The hot tub, location, and cleanliness can’t be beat. Unfortunately, we were unable to cook the food we brought because of missing pans in the kitchen. The host was slow to respond and unable to replace the missing items during our 5 day stay. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would still come back

Stayed here for a girls trip. The unit had a fully stocked kitchen, great location, clear instructions, cozy decor.
We experienced the areas first Friday Food truck event (third Friday of each month) in the communal area by the unit. Live music, great food, atmosphere and friendly people.
Thump coffee served amazing pastries, the best coffee and the friendliest baristas! We enjoyed Washington restaurant so much! Again, amazing food and service.
Few things to keep in mind: we experienced an AC unit leak from the ceiling of the living room. We followed correct procedures to contact customer service. After following the prompts and awaiting a reply we were contacted by a handyman. What happened was the AC coils froze and the ice from those coils will thaw as the unit heats up from the sun and drips water (over the couch). We ended up putting some towels around a pot to catch the water.
