Great stay! Great location and everything went smooth and the owners were great! Thank you for hosting us!

The first thing you notice is the space. Dusty Dunes opens onto mountain views that stretch well beyond the property line, a landscape of rolling terrain and open sky that sets the tone before you even step inside. This is a residence built for gathering, for slowing down, for evenings that drift from the game room to the hot tub without anyone checking the time. The architecture is straightforward and welcoming, a home designed to hold groups comfortably while still feeling personal enough for a couple looking for a few quiet days away.
Inside, the living spaces are generous and well considered. A dedicated game room anchors the social heart of the house, offering the kind of low-key entertainment that keeps everyone lingering a little longer after dinner. The layout moves naturally between common areas and private quarters, giving guests room to spread out or come together as the day dictates. Large windows pull the mountain scenery inward, connecting the interior with the surrounding landscape in a way that feels deliberate rather than decorative.
Outdoors, the hot tub is positioned to take full advantage of the views, a place where mornings begin slowly with coffee and evenings settle into long conversations under open skies. The property's outdoor spaces feel like an extension of the interior rather than an afterthought, encouraging time spent outside regardless of the hour. Whether you are watching the light shift across distant ridgelines or simply sitting with nothing particular to do, the pace here adjusts itself naturally.
Dusty Dunes is the kind of property that earns its name honestly. There is a warmth to it, an unpretentious ease that comes from a house designed around how people actually spend their time on vacation. You cook, you play, you soak, you watch the mountains do what mountains do. And when it is time to leave, you carry with you less a checklist of things you did than a feeling of time well spent in good company.

There's a particular kind of quiet that only the high desert delivers — not emptiness, but space to actually hear yourself think. Dusty Dunes leans into that feeling without overcorrecting toward austerity. The interiors are genuinely considered, with furnishings that feel intentional rather than staged, and those large windows do the real work, pulling the mountain landscape into every room so the desert never feels like something you visit only when you step outside. The master suite opening directly onto the patio is a small architectural decision that shifts the whole rhythm of a stay. Upstairs, the game room with its skylight feels like a secret the house keeps for evening hours. Outside, the layers unfold honestly — pool, hot tub, fire pit, horseshoe pit on sand — each one a slightly different register of desert leisure. It's a place built for a small group that wants togetherness without performing it.

Recently just stayed here and was very satisfied. The backyard was much bigger than the pictures look, and the house itself was very clean and organized. A plus was that the mattresses were very plush and comfortable. Overall a great stay!!

This place was beautiful ! We enjoyed the games in the garage and the backyard seating. areas. The sunset was nice to watch along with the sun rise ! Walkable to a park down the street where i took my dog and you’re extremely close to surrounding restaurants and stores. We enjoyed the bowling alley only 3 min away !
