It was exactly as presented. A beautiful place with more than enough space for the 6 of us . It was in a great location, very walkable! We would definitely rent again.
Stay Duvet
Rosemary House Suit B is the sort of place that announces itself quietly. There is no grand lobby, no concierge desk, no choreographed arrival sequence. Instead, there is a private residence that opens its doors with the warmth of something personal, a space designed not for spectacle but for the slow, satisfying rhythm of time spent somewhere that feels genuinely comfortable. The interiors are clean and considered, with a sense of order that never crosses into sterility. Natural light moves through the rooms in a way that makes mornings feel unhurried and evenings feel earned.
The layout favors simplicity and livability. A well-appointed kitchen invites you to cook for yourself, to pick up ingredients from nearby and settle into the kind of meal that only happens when you have nowhere else to be. The living area is generous enough to stretch out, read, or simply sit with the windows open. Bedding is soft and thoughtfully chosen, the kind of detail that reveals a host who understands that comfort is not about thread count alone but about the overall feeling of a room at the end of a long day. Bathroom finishes are modern and understated, and the overall sense is one of a home that has been carefully prepared rather than merely cleaned.
What sets this residence apart is its sense of identity. The name itself nods to something aromatic and rooted, and the space carries that same quality. It is grounded, unpretentious, and warm without trying to impress. You will not find a list of luxury amenities competing for your attention. Instead, you will find a place that respects your time and your privacy, offering the essentials done well and leaving the rest to you. There is a particular pleasure in staying somewhere that trusts you to set your own pace, and Rosemary House Suit B extends that trust from the moment you arrive.
You leave with the feeling of having rested somewhere real. Not a hotel room stripped of personality, not a vacation rental overloaded with quirky decor, but a home that someone genuinely cared about making right. It is the kind of stay that lingers not because of any single extraordinary moment, but because every small detail worked together to make you feel at ease.

There's a particular kind of quiet confidence that comes with staying inside walls built in 1855 — not museum-piece reverence, but something lived-in and layered, where the history doesn't compete with comfort but deepens it. Rosemary House Suite B sits in Cannonborough with that rare balance: classical bones dressed in modern ease, where marble surfaces and artisanal details feel considered rather than curated for show. Natural light fills the living area generously, and the whole space invites a pace that's unhurried without feeling precious. Being steps from King Street means Charleston's energy is right there when you want it, but the suite itself feels like a genuine retreat — the kind of place that suits a long weekend with people you actually like, where the dining room and the neighborhood both give you reasons to linger.

This was a great place for my family and I to stay for a couple of days. Plenty of stuff in walking distance, the neighborhood felt safe, designated parking spot and overall just a great place to spend a couple of days. Absolutely worth it for a long weekend stay.

Beautiful pristine apartment. We will absolutely stay here again. The apt was perfect for us. Two kids, four adults. Super convenient and easy to get to the center of town. Beautiful walk. Coffee shops close by too!
