Beautiful, brand new, luxurious, comfortable, walkable to the best bakery and restaurant in Bend. Better than the pictures. Loved it!

The approach feels like arriving somewhere slightly apart from the world. Aerie sits near Old Bend and downtown, close enough to feel connected to the restaurants, breweries, and trails that define the area, yet set back with enough distance to feel like your own private perch. The name suits it. There is an airiness here, a sense of elevation and openness that begins the moment you step onto the deck and take in the surroundings.
The home itself is designed for comfort that doesn't demand formality. Interiors are warm and well-considered, with enough space to settle in for a long weekend or a week without feeling cramped. The layout invites easy rhythms: mornings with coffee on the deck, afternoons returning from a hike or a wander through downtown, evenings that drift naturally toward the hot tub as the sky shifts overhead. The hot tub and deck are the property's signature draws, offering an outdoor living space that extends the home's footprint and becomes, in cooler months or under summer stars alike, the place you'll return to again and again. It is a space that rewards lingering.
Bend's appeal lies in its duality. The Old Bend neighborhood carries a relaxed, walkable energy, with local shops and dining within easy reach. Downtown extends that further with craft breweries, galleries, and a food scene that continues to sharpen. And then there is the landscape beyond: the Deschutes River, Mt. Bachelor, trails threading through high desert and ponderosa pine. The property's location gives you access to all of it without requiring a long drive or complicated logistics. You are simply close to everything that makes this part of Central Oregon worth visiting.
What stays with you after a few days at Aerie is the feeling of having found the right vantage point. Not grand, not excessive, but precisely calibrated to the kind of stay where you exhale on arrival and resist packing on departure. The deck becomes your living room. The hot tub becomes your evening ritual. The pace becomes yours entirely.

There's a particular kind of stillness that comes with being ten minutes from town but feeling like you've crossed into something wilder — and this place lives in that in-between. The design leans contemporary and minimalist, which works here because it doesn't compete with what's outside the windows. The Cascade Mountains do the heavy lifting atmospherically, and the private balcony with its hot tub becomes less an amenity and more the emotional center of the stay. It's a two-bedroom that fits four comfortably, which means it suits a couple wanting space or a small group that values quiet proximity over crowd energy. What lingers is the scale of it — intimate enough to feel like yours, refined enough to feel considered.

We have booked different places to stay in Bend multiple times a year and this one by far is one of our favorites and we will definitely be coming back. It had a great location, super walkable with trails all around it, and it was right above sparrow bakery, which was an even bigger win. They have the best baked goods in town! You have to try the ocean roll and the cinnamon twist!
While it is on the outskirts of bend it is a super short drive to downtown. One night we took a Uber into downtown so we didn’t have to drive after having a few drinks and it was only a $12 Uber.
We loved that you could park right in the garage. We’ve rented multiple places in Bend around the same price point where you just have to find parking on the street.
This seems like an up-and-coming neighborhood that we will definitely be revisiting again in the near future .

First, be aware this is a 3rd level walk up. Aside from that, it’s a great location, beautiful condo with great patios and hot tub. There are no downsides to this spot unless you can’t walk up stairs. Otherwise highly recommend.

Sweet quiet spot walking distance to sparrow bakery tucked away from down town. Clean space. Great communication.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The home is brand new -very modern, clean and just beautiful. The beds and sheets were very comfortable, slightly on the firm side, but were perfect for us. All of the windows have blackout shades, which was so appreciated! The two patio spaces were exceptional. There is such a great view from both patios, and the addition of the hot tub was amazing. The patios are much larger than they look.
In the photos, the island space in the kitchen looks like there are only two stools, but in fact there are stools on the backside so four people can sit there comfortably.
The host provided so many extra things. Shampoo, body wash, and conditioner in the bathrooms. Trash bags, dish soap, laundry soap.
One thing to be aware of is that there are a lot of stairs to go up to the condo. It is on the third floor. They are not steep stairs, but there are quite a few of them – I think I counted 48. We are in our 50s and it was ok for us!
Great hosts and stay!
