What we love about this stay
Claim the primary bedroom — the sliding doors to that private balcony are the whole game. On clear nights, skip the TV entirely, sink into the hot tub around 9 PM, and watch the Central Oregon sky do its thing; the light pollution here is low enough that you'll actually see stars. Mornings, brew coffee in that well-stocked kitchen and take it to the balcony before anyone else is up — Bend's early light through the pines is worth setting an alarm for. Stock up at the Newport Avenue Market for grilling on the built-in BBQ rather than eating out every night; it's one of the best provisions stops in town. The Old Mill District is a short drive for breweries, but the real move is hitting the Deschutes River Trail on foot straight from the neighborhood. Done right, this place feels less like a rental and more like a friend's very well-appointed Bend hideaway.

Had a great stay at this property. Proximity to Old Mill made it special. Good restaurants and dog walking area. Would definitely stay again.

Had a wonderful time in Bend. The location was an easy drive to downtown. Had good sleeping arrangements for a large group and plenty of space. The kitchen had a breakfast bar area which was an unexpected perk! The host was responsive and dropped off coffee filters that afternoon after we notified them they were missing. The only thing to note is that the most up-to-date check-in information (or other info) was in a link within Airbnb. We initially had the wrong code for the door but were able to easily find the correct one in the instructions. Would book again if visiting Bend for a fun and relaxing space for a mid-size/large group!

Beautiful house! Exactly what you need for a girl's trip or if two couples have kids. Make those kids stay together in the bunk room! :) The house is clean and pretty and has everything you need. (Like, at rental levels. Don't get crazy.)<br/>The hot tub was AWESOME. <br/>We hung out on the back porch a lot, b/c it's really pretty, and there's a lot of shade and seating and .. it's just nice. You can login to any service you need on the TV to watch movies, etc. They provide things like baggies for your sundries and tinfoil wrap for your pizza re-heats. <br/>If you are curious:<br/>-- The bedrooms are all upstairs.<br/>-- There is a bathroom on the main floor. Half. It's perfect for a bio break while you're watching movies and getting silly.<br/>-- The hot tub is hot. They're real.<br/>-- The laundry room is upstairs and works great. Also, you don't have to take your sheets off your bed at checkout, which .. thank you.

We really enjoyed this house. Clean and comfortable, fenced yard and a doggie door. Craftmatic adjustable bed! Lots of kitchen extras like oils, spices and wraps, foil etc. Even snack goodies and a great coffee bar!
